Timothy Glen Steinborn

Timothy Glen Steinborn, age 48 of Kiester, MN, tragically passed away on Tuesday, September 1st, 2026 from a farm accident. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday, September 8, 10:30 A.M. at St. Anne’s Catholic Church in Le Sueur, MN. Visitation will be held on Monday, September 7th, 2026, 4-7 P.M., at Kolden Funeral Home in Le Sueur. Interment will be in St. Joseph’s Catholic Cemetery, Henderson, MN.

Tim was born on February 15, 1978, in Le Sueur, MN, to Orville and Marjorie (Engel) Steinborn. He grew up in rural Le Sueur and graduated from Le Sueur-Henderson High School in 1996. Following graduation, Tim attended South Central College, where he participated in the welding program.

Throughout his life, Tim worked for Jones Metal Products, Green Giant, and spent many years trucking. He enjoyed farming and working on cars, especially muscle cars. Above all, Tim loved spending time with his children, supporting them and taking part in their many activities.

Tim is survived by his children, Dominic Steinborn of Emily, MN, Dylan Steinborn of Maple Grove, MN, Logan and Lucas Steinborn of Jordan, MN, and Gabbi, Nathan, Mason and Timothy Jr. Steinborn of Wells, MN; parents, Orville and Marjorie Steinborn of Le Sueur, MN; siblings, Dan (Marianne) Steinborn of Le Center, MN, John (Teresa) Steinborn of Le Sueur, MN, Amy (Mark) Hardel of Henderson, MN, Barb (Garrett) Benton of Mankato, MN, and Steve (Teresa) Steinborn of Kasota, MN; as well as many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents.
