Virginia C. Gregory

Virginia C. Gregory, age 82 of Belle Plaine, died on Saturday, February 22, 2014 at St. Francis Medical Center in Shakopee, MN. Memorial Mass will be on Saturday, March 1, 2014 at 12 p.m. at Our Lady of the Prairie Catholic Church in Belle Plaine, MN. Visitation will be at church, two hours prior to Mass, 10 a.m. ~ Noon. Lunch to follow in the church social hall. Virginia was born on December 15, 1931 to John & Marie (Neiters) Breeggemann in Shakopee, MN. She attended St. Mark's Catholic Schools and graduated from Shakopee High School. She married Norbert Gregory on June 3, 1950 at St. Mark's Catholic Church in Shakopee, MN. The couple raised their family for many years in Belle Plaine where Virginia was a homemaker and did cleaning. She enjoyed her time with family, bowling and fishing. She is survived by her loving husband Norbert; children, Bob (Bonita) Gregory of Belle Plaine, MN; Steve (Jan) Gregory of Floodwod, MN; Sharon (Mike) Giesen of Belle Plaine, MN; Tom (Robin) Gregory of Prior Lake, MN; Kathy (Randy) Koepp of Belle Plaine, MN; 12 Grandchildren, 14 Great-Grandchildren; Brother, John Joseph (Sandra) Breeggemann of Prior Lake, MN, and many other close relatives and friends. She is preceded in death by her parents, John and Marie (Neiters); sisters and brothers, Mary Plouman, Angeline Woodworth, George, Michael, Marjorie Schindler, Georgina, John Henry and Bernard.
