Visitation will be from 9:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday at the church. Interment will be in the church cemetery.
Corrina was born on May 11, 1932 to Peter and Louisa (Quast) Kieser in Hollywood Twp., Carver Co., MN. She grew up and lived in Winsted all her life, it was only until recently she moved to Le Sueur to be nearer to her granddaughters. She worked for Green Giant Canning Co. in Winsted. She was the store manager for Dueber’s Department Store in Winsted for many years. She also worked as a cook for Holy Trinity Catholic School. She was a member of the VFW Auxiliary in Winsted. She was heavily involved with her community and church.
While her granddaughters were growing up she enjoyed attending all of their school activities. She even became their personal seamstress at times. She enjoyed being with her family and watching her grandchildren and great grandchildren grow up. Her favorite tv show was Dr. Phil, and would make sure to let you know if she was missing it due to her helping you out. Corrina was someone you could count on, she was always there and always willing to help whoever needed it. She was very independent, and was able to live and drive independently right up to the end. She is definitely one of a kind and will be missed by all who knew her.
She is survived by her son, Roy Hagen of Winsted; grandchildren, Shawn (Nila) Hagen of Ramona, CA, Heidi (Andy) Forcier and Brandi (Dan) Falkman both of Le Sueur; great-grandchildren, Madison Hagen, Mercedes, Hunter and Jackson Forcier, and Brooklynn and Taylor Holmers; former daughter-in-law, Shelley Bergman; bonus granddaughter, Baillie (significant other, Cole Giles) Bergman; bonus great-grandchildren, Mikayla, Davin, Elli, and Camryn Falkman.
She is preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Alfred, Jerome, and Reuben Kieser; sisters, Irene Helmbrecht and Marietta Mallak.
