Obituary
David J. Schultz, age 76 of Belle Plaine, died on Thursday, May 11, 2023 at the Belle Plaine Lutheran Home. Memorial service will be on Thurday, May 18, 2023, 11:00 a.m. at Trinity Lutheran Church in Belle Plaine. Visitation will be at the church one hour prior to the service. Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery, Belle Plaine. Pastor Martin Bentz will officiate the services.
David was born on September 12,1946 in Belle Plaine, MN, to Charles and Velma (Langley) Schultz. He attended special needs schools in Owattona, MN and returned to the Gaylord and Belle Plaine area as a young adault. He lived in Belle Plaine most of his life.
He is survived by his sister, Irene (Donald) Haas of Belle Plaine, MN and many nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents and siblings; Esther, Violet, Daniel, Marie and Shirley.
