Eunice Helen Lueck

Eunice Helen Lueck, age 88 of LeSueur died on Wednesday, November 23, 2022 at the Ridgeview Nursing Home in LeSueur.  Funeral Services will be held on Monday, November 28 at Grace Ev. Lutheran Church in LeSueur at 11 a.m.  Visitation will be at the Kolden Funeral Home in LeSueur from 2 to 5 p.m. on Sunday and one hour prior to the services at the church on Monday.  Interment will be in the St. John’s Lutheran Church Cemetery in Arlington Township.
She was born on July 9, 1934 in Arlington Township to Harry and Helen (Nagel) Schneider.  She grew up on the family Arlington Township farm and graduated from Arlington High School.  She married Elmer Lueck on July 16, 1954 at St. John’s Lutheran Church in Arlington Township, Sibley County.  They made their home in LeSueur.  She worked as a school bus driver for over 31 years and was the first female bus driver in LeSueur.  She also worked at It Takes Two in LeSueur.  She enjoyed coffee mornings with friends, Twins, Vikings and Timberwolves on TV, flowers and family gatherings. Eunice was active in Grace Church Ladies Guild and the Hospital Auxiliary. 
She is survived by her children, Susan (Steven) Plath of Glencoe, Cheryl Lueck of N. Mankato, Julie Krogman of Sherburn and Joel Lueck of Brownton.   6 Grandchildren; Sam (Jenna) Plath, Sarah (Brady LaMott, Abby (Jeremy) Gibson, Tony (Becky) Krogman, Krystal (Bill Olson) Lueck and Katie (Aaron) Mathwig. 10 Great Grandchildren;  Riley, Camden and Lauren LaMott, Lilly Krogman-Gibson, Taylor and Jack Krogman, Wyatt and Waylon Olson, Lexi and Amber Mathwig.  Sisters-in-law,  Marie and Helen Schneider.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Elmer; son, Bill, Son-in-law, Ike Krogman and brothers, Roger and Howard Schneider.
