George Kley, age 63 of Arlington passed away Tuesday, October 3, 2023 at his residence. Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, October 10th at Peace Lutheran Church in Arlington with visitation two hours prior (9:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.) to the church service. Interment will be in the Arlington Public Cemetery.
George Delmar Kley was born in Gaylord on March 12, 1960 to Delmar and Joann (Wolter) Kley. He was baptized and confirmed in the Lutheran faith. He graduated from Winthrop High School. George worked for the LeSueur Creamery and later for Michael Foods. He loved the outdoors. He enjoyed working on vehicles, tractors and farming, driving around and attending car shows. George loved attending Pioneer Power every year. He was a very social butterfly and if someone needed a helping hand he was always right there. He loved his family and most definitely, loved all things John Deere. If George wasn’t at work or with family, he was at the lake fishing.
George is survived by his significant other; Linda Beavens, his children; Amy (Tommy) Molash, Brian Kley, and Chrissy Haggenmiller, step children; Michael (Brittany) Beavens, Lori Morsching, and Mary (Jason) Alitz, grandchildren; Hannah, Bethany Nevaeh, Connor, Morgan, Paige, Ace, Jeremiah, Tyler, Gabriella, Carter, Jaxson, Riley, Caden, Brock, Landyn, and Emma, siblings; Jerry Kley, Mayann Frauendienst, and Jean Beikler, brother-in-law; Steven Beavens and many nieces and nephews.
George is preceded in death by his parents, mother-in-law; Marilyn Beavens, and sister; Joyce Erdal.
