Jessica Susan Manthei

Jessica Susan Manthei, age 45 of Henderson, passed away suddenly on February 14, 2022 at her home. The family and friends of Jessica will hosting a "Thanks for the Mems Tour" on Saturday, May 14 from 6:00 p.m. ~ 11:00 p.m. at North Star Farm Event Center, 34234  322nd St, Le Sueur, MN.  Attendees are encouraged to wear 80s gear and Hollywood Boulevard will be performing 80s hits staring at 7:00 p.m.  Jonny's BBQ will be on site for food sales starting at 6:00 p.m.  Limited parking on site, shuttles available to and from Hometown Inn and Suites in Belle Plaine and bars in Henderson and Le Sueur.

Jessica was born on May 20, 1976, to William and Cynthia (Jellinek) Manthei in St. Paul, MN. She grew up in the Henderson area and graduated from Le Sueur-Henderson High School in 1994. She participated in band, choir, volleyball, basketball, and track. She attended Mankato State University and loved being a member of the track team and the Alpha Sigma Alpha Sorority. Shortly after graduation, she began a long and successful career with TTI, Inc.

She absolutely adored spending time with her nieces, family, and many friends. She enjoyed attending concerts, music festivals, sporting events, and traveling. She lived her life to the fullest and had a unique gift of making people feel like they were her number one. All of her family and friends were so blessed to have her in their lives. She will be forever missed.

Jessica is survived by her parents, William and Cynthia Manthei of Henderson; sisters, Jennifer Manthei of Henderson, and Maria (Franklin) Hernandez of West Friendship, Maryland; her beloved nieces, Sarah Lawrence and Elizabeth Hernandez. 

She is preceded in death by Jennifer's life partner, Robert "Orangy" Lawrence.
