Lucas John Pfarr

Lucas John Pfarr, age 37 of Le Sueur, was found deceased on Friday evening, August 21, 2020 after a long heart wrenching 10-day search for him. There will be a gathering of family and friends to celebrate Lucas’ life on Friday, August 28 held at the Henderson Road Haus from 4-8pm. 

Lucas was born on October 18, 1982 in St. Peter, MN to Terry and Penny (Fitzloff) Pfarr.  He graduated from Le Sueur-Henderson High School in 2001.  He then enlisted in the Army Reserves, 452nd Quartermaster Company in Winthrop, MN and then served his country in Iraq from 2004-2005.  When he returned from Iraq, he moved out west to California and attended college.  After 10 years of being in California he came back to Le Sueur and worked for RMS in their parts and service department in Savage, MN.  He had also worked for NAPA in Le Sueur during and after high school.    

His daughter, Adelena, meant the absolute world to him; he loved spending as much time with her as possible. Lucas was most at peace when he was outdoors and loved pheasant hunting and trapping.  He also enjoyed cooking and grilling.  He was the person to call when your vehicle made noises or needed an oil change. You would always count on Lucas before a tow truck. 

He is survived by his daughter, Adelena; mother, Penny Pfarr of Le Sueur; sisters, Sarah Possin of St. Peter, Casey (significant other, Justin Hale) Pfarr of Le Sueur, and Samantha Pfarr of Le Sueur; nieces and nephews, Caleb Possin, Chloe Pfarr, and Kendra and Keeley Hale; girlfriend, Holly Vinkemeier;  and many uncles, aunts, cousins, and friends. 

Lucas is preceded in death by his father, Terry; brother, Nicholas Pfarr; nephew, Hunter Pfarr; paternal grandparents, John and Cathy Pfarr; and maternal grandparents, Glenn and Helen Fitzloff.
