Nolan Osborne Obituary

Nolan Elliott Osborne, 25, a well-loved and kind soul passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, August 9, 2020. He passed away while doing his most loved past-time, riding his Harley Davidson motorcycle. Nolan was born to Ryan Abrahamson and Lisa Quinn and adopted to Dan and Cindy Osborne on December 20, 1994. He was the youngest out of three children to Dan and Cindy Osborne and was raised on a crop farm outside of Arlington, MN. His favorite hobbies growing up included farming, riding his bicycles, playing sports, riding motorcycles, and getting dirty on the farm.

Nolan attended school at Sibley East High School in Arlington, MN. After graduation he enlisted in the United States Army. He attended basic training at Fort Benning, GA and was based out of Fort Carson, CO. He was deployed to Afghanistan and returned to Fort Carson before moving back to Arlington, MN in 2017 to live out the rest of his life farming with his dad. Nolan was able to achieve many of life’s milestones: buying his first truck, motorcycle, house, but most importantly to him was partnering with his dad to be a co-owner of the farm.

He is survived by his mom and dad, Dan and Cindy, his siblings Alayna Osborne (Mankato, MN), Whitney Osborne-Dean (South Carolina/Georgia) and brother-in-law James Osborne-Dean, Taylore Woodfill (Owatonna, MN), Brooklyn Abrahamson (Sacramento, CA), and girlfriend Sam Kahlow (Arlington, MN), plus his many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Nolan will have a celebration of life at Kolden Funeral Homes in Arlington, MN on Sunday August 16, 2020 from 2 PM – 6 PM. The celebration will be drive-through style with family outside under the canopy while cars visit through.
