Olegario Lopez-Rodriguez Obituary

Olegario Lopez-Rodriguez, age 62 of Le Sueur, died at his home on Thursday, June 4, 2020. Funeral services will be on Tuesday, June 9, 2020, 2:00 p.m. at the Kolden Funeral Home in Le Sueur. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Due to Minnesota Dept. of Health and CDC restrictions, only 25 people will be allowed in the funeral home for visitation and services. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, Le Sueur, MN.

Olegario was born on April 21, 1958 to Santiago & Gavina (Rodriguez-Zamaniego) Lopez in General Zaragoza, Nueo Leon, Mexico. He married Rosa Linda Melchor on July 19, 1986 in Eagle Pass, Texas. The couple moved to Le Sueur, MN in 2006 were he worked labor in production and fabricating industry. Olegario enjoyed reading the Bible, music and old cowboy western movies. He also enjoyed time with his family and friends.

He is survived by his wife Rosa Linda, Children; Ruben Lopez and significant other, Ambriel Fulghum of Burnsville, MN, Belen Lopez of Le Sueur and Angel Lopez of Mankato, MN. He is also survived by his mother Gavina Rodriguez-Zamaniego, 4 sisters and 5 brothers.
