Timothy R. Fahey

Timothy Ryan Fahey, age 51 of Shakopee, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, March 15, 2021.  The visitation will be on Saturday, April 24th from 12:00pm -2:00pm at Kolden Funeral Home in Belle Plaine, MN.  A memorial service will begin at 2:00pm and burial will immediately follow service at St. John’s Catholic Cemetery, Faxon Township. Memorials are preferred.

Tim was born in New Prague on October 21st, 1969 to Walter and Linda (Buesgens) Fahey, Jr.  He grew up in Belle Plaine and graduated from Belle Plaine High School in 1988.  Tim worked various construction jobs over the years including JL Schwieters Building Supply, GBI Homes, Benson-Orth General Contractors, Forum Architects and Consultants and most recently with Stahl Construction.  He later went back to college and graduated from the University of Minnesota in 2018 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management.  Tim enjoyed spending time at Canterbury Park and watching the horse races. He enjoyed planting his mother’s flower beds. Tim enjoyed working out at the gym and eating healthy. He looked forward to Sunday dinners with his family.

Tim is survived by his Mother, Linda (Joe) Fahey of Belle Plaine, Father, Wally (Julie) Fahey of Lakeville, Sister, Kari (Nate) Plagge of Shakopee, Step-Siblings, Tracy (Troy) Witt, Joey (JoAnna) Fahey, Chris (Sara) Fahey and Ryan Fahey all of Belle Plaine. Nieces and nephews, Kennedy and Morgan Traxler, Greta, Emily and Nicholas Plagge, and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
