Victor Lueders Obituary

Victor Henry Lueders, age 85 of Henderson, Minnesota died on Wednesday, October 20, 2021 at Ridgeview Medical Center in Waconia. He was born on August 21, 1936 in Green Isle, Minnesota to Victor and Lorena (Bressler) Lueders. Vic attended Jessenland country school, Arlington High School and graduated from LeSueur High School in 1954. Vic joined the U. S. Army in 1955 and was honorably discharged in 1958. He married Shelby Reinhardt on November 1, 1958 at Zion UCC in LeSueur. He farmed for many years and then worked for Silica Sand, part time at Winter’s Plumbing & Heating in LeSueur, and for 18 years was a field representative/inspector for German Mutual Insurance. He was a member of the Minnesota River Lodge # 6, Zuhrah Shrine Temple in Minneapolis and American Legion Sibley Post # 74 of Henderson.

Victor is survived by his wife, Shelby

Children, Scott (Melissa) Lueders of Lakeland, MN, Kyle (sp. friend, Carol Sudheimer) Lueders of St. Thomas, Bret (sp. friend, Teresa Gauss) Lueders of Dassel.

Grandchildren; Tess (Joshua) Green, Jake, Tyler (Tania), Garret & Pierce Lueders

2 Great grandchildren, Ezra and Stella Green.

Brothers; Gordon of Neenah, WI, Wayne (Linda) of Spearfish, SD, Gary (Joy) of Rochester and acquired sister, Dorit Hardy of LeSueur.

Victor was preceded in death by daughter Amy Lueders and daughter-in-law Tammy Lueders.

Memorial services will be held on Friday, October 29, 2021 at 3 p.m. at Zion United Church of Christ in LeSueur. Visitation will be at the church one hour prior to the services. Interment, at a later date, will be in the Mound Cemetery, LeSueur.

Military rites, by the Henderson and LeSueur Honor Guard, will follow the services outside the church. A lunch and social time will be hosted in the church Fellowship Hall following these services. NOTE: We realize that some may have health concerns in these times. We wish for everyone to do what they need to do to protect themselves and their loved ones. Just know that we feel your love regardless of your decisions.
